Ashton Gables in Riverchase provides assisted living and Alzheimer’s/memory support services that are dedicated to the unique needs of each resident.

Ashton Gables in Riverchase also has accommodations for short-term or respite stays. We also offer hospice care so that our residents can remain in the same place while both they and their family receive comfort and care during this difficult time.

Our Care Services

Assisted Living

Assisted living provides residents with supervision or assistance with the activities of daily life. Assisted living residents are those who do not need skilled nursing care, but may need assistance with some aspects of daily life.

This can include:

• coordination of services with outside health care providers
• monitoring of health, safety, and overall well-being
• assistance with medication
• meal preparation
• companionship
• and personal care such as dressing and grooming.

Our assisted living residents live in their own private residence within our community so that they have the support and services they need, while continuing to be as independent and active as possible.

Alzhemer's & Hospice

Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

Our approach to Alzheimer’s disease care is called Bridge to Rediscovery. This unique program, exclusive to Five Star Senior Living communities, includes helping each individual continue to engage in activities and with others at whatever level they are at that moment.

Each of our staff members receives training specifically in Alzheimer’s care and in our Bridge to Rediscovery program.

Short-Term / Respite Stays

We also offer short-term stays for seniors when family members travel out of town or simply need a short respite break from the stresses of caregiving.

Short-term stays can vary from a week to months. Short-term guests enjoy housekeeping services, dining, community activities, transportation and other amenities, as well as coordination of any necessary medical care and help with daily living activities.

Hospice Care

We also offer hospice care so that our residents can remain in the same place while both they and their family receive comfort and care during such a difficult time.
