Armenian Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
A Skilled Nursing Facility Providing Short-term Rehabilitation Services and Long-term Care

For more than 50 years, the Armenian Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, an independent, 83-bed, non-profit skilled nursing facility owned and operated by the Armenian Women's Welfare Association, has provided short-term rehabilitative and long-term care to men and women of all ethnicities.
The Center offers a comprehensive program of short-term rehabilitation to patients whose goal is to return home following hospitalization.
The aim of our expert Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists is to help patients get back on their feet and regain their independence quickly by providing services such as:

- Orthopedic Post-Hospital Rehabilitation
- Stroke and Neurological Rehabilitation
- Post-Medical/Surgical Reconditioning
- Adaptive Equipment Training
- Pre-Discharge Home Evaluations
- Patient and Family Instruction
- Personalized, Progressive, and Interdisciplinary Care Plans
Our residents can also depend on the clinical expertise and 7-day per week availability of our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists who work closely together in a physician-directed rehabilitation program. They ensure that every resident's rehabilitative care is personalized, meets identified needs, and speeds recovery. This way, our short-term patients return home as quickly as possible with their functional skills restored, and our long-term residents achieve their maximum level of independence.
Our seven-day-per-week activity program features programs and events such as cooking groups, current events discussions, Bible study, musical entertainment, and exercise groups. We also offer bus trips to a variety of destinations. Religious services are offered weekly. Two activity staff members work in the building every day of the week. We also have a dedicated group of volunteers who regularly visit, play games, conduct Bible studies, and provide musical entertainment for our
residents.
