   It is our GOAL to employ competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our clients, their families, and the communities we serve. Each staff member will meet the State of NC educational and training requirements for the services they provide. We encourage and support continued education of each service provider. Veterans Home Care Benefits

Angelic Home Care is proud to serve those who have served our country. We offer a number of affordable and responsible Home Care options for our Veterans that are seniors and also those recovering from illness or hospitalization that need some help maintaining the quality of life they have come to expect and enjoy. Our compassionate caregivers provide an extensive range of in-home care services that allow you or our distinguished Veterans to maintain independence and a high quality of life by staying at home.

Angelic Home Care as indicated offers a  number of Home Care services that range from assistance in applying for the Nation’s Veterans Pension benefit to Home Care assistance and Home Modifications.

In November 1951, a law was passed authorizing a VA benefit for Veterans and/or their spouses. Known as the Veterans’ Non-Connected Service Pension Benefit, this pension is not connected to a service related industry and can be of great financial assistance to seniors by helping them pay for long-term Home Care needs, especially as out-of-pocket health care costs continue to rise.

Angelic Home Care allows individuals to enjoy safety, security, and companionship in the comfort of their own home with qualified and loving caregivers. Qualified and committed in-home caregivers that are are available to provide non-medical care and assistance on a full-time, part-time, or live-in basis. Services are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Types of services available include:

• Companionship while taking walks, reading, and letter writing
• Encouragement and assistance with light exercise
• Transportation and companionship for medical appointments
• Assistance with hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Light housekeeping including dusting, polishing, and vacuuming
• Shopping and errand assistance
• Meal preparation
• Making the bed, changing the linens, and doing the laundry
• Coordinating car care and maintenance
• Coordinating gardening and lawn service
