All services are coordinated by a knowledgeable and empathetic Case Management Team, which includes a physician, a registered nurse, a licensed social worker, and a case manager. Together they will assist you in determining and arranging for the health care services that you may need. If you choose The Anderson to serve your needs, the Case Managers will continue to assist you throughout your stay and ensure your satisfaction with our services.

Post-acute care, skilled nursing care, wound management, and general nursing services are provided by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and State Tested Nursing Assistants.

Rehabilitation services available include Physical, Occupational, Speech, Therapies. These services are individualized to serve the needs of each resident in privacy.

Health Care Options

Rehabilitation Care
Whether your goal is to return home or achieve a level of self-care that you are happy with, our team of rehabilitation experts will work with you to achieve your goals. The Anderson offers an excellent in-house or outpatient program that includes physical, occupational, and speech therapies.

Skilled Care
The Anderson offers the finest in skilled nursing services provided by our professional nursing staff 24 hours a day. Skilled nursing includes: tube feedings, daily injections (such as insulin), intravenous therapy, and wound management.

Intermediate Care
The Anderson also accommodates residents needing intermediate care. Assistance is provided for residents needing help with their activities of daily living.

Respite Care
We recognize that caring for a senior adult in your home is a full time job. Should the need arise, short term care is available for your family member.

Early Stage Alzheimer's/Mild Dementia Care

Around the clock our specially trained staff can provide a special environment with appropriate activities, stimuli and stress reduction for people who may be mildly confused. However we do not have locked units.

Our Therapeutic Activities Program provides residents with a variety of daily experiences designed for their unique needs. It may offer: cultural, educational, physical, intellectual, recreational, creative and entertainment programming.

Our Program Coordinator facilitates group and individual events to provide for the varied interests of each individual resident.

Exercise groups, ball games, bingo games, discussion groups, arts and crafts projects, card and board games, and entertainers are just some of the regularly scheduled events at The Anderson.

Gardening and the care of plants, birds, and fish are an integral part of the Activities Program. Friends and family are encouraged to participate to help contribute to the fullness of the Activities Program.
