As a seasoned professional in the senior care needs industry, Michael Newman felt frustrated by the limited resources of seniors in his community.  This frustration eventually shaped his vision – to create a company that would serve seniors in the community by providing trusted care, compassionate support and professional advice.  In 1996, Michael acted on his vision and founded Always Best Care.  Since that time, Always Best Care has become the nations leading non-medical, In-Home Care and Assisted Living Placement Services company.

Always Best Care Senior Services currently works with more than 1200 Case Managers, Discharge Planners and Social Workers to provide home care support services to our patients.

Having the appropriate staff for each level of care means peace of mind for our clients and their families.  Always Best Care expertly matches each client with the right care provider.

The first step in our process includes a personal consultation with a Care Coordinator at no charge to you.  In our meeting we will:

•     Thoroughly discuss your care needs
•     Create a written, detailed Care Plan
•     Work with you or your loved one to determine how to best meet your requirements
•     Coordinate billing with insurance providers

Always Best Care recognizes that our SUPERIOR SERVICE sets us apart from all others.  As such, every staff member receives comprehensive training before being assigned to a Care Plan, and our hiring standard is that "we only hire care providers we would have care for our own loved ones.”

We also cater to the needs of our clients by providing in-home care services from a couple hours per day to 24-hour care, seven days a week.  Day / night / weekend / holidays / family respite care.  Whatever your care needs, Always Best Care is here for you.

At Always Best Care, all of our care providers are bonded, insured, covered by Worker’s Compensation, and have passed a thorough criminal background check.   Additionally, all care providers receive comprehensive, ongoing training.

Alzheimer’s Disease affects 4.5 million Americans and by the year 2050, researchers predict that 1 in every 45 people will have this unfortunate disease. We take caring for those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia seriously and know that extra attention and TLC must accompany every service we provide. We utilize tools created by ‘In-The-Know’, the Alzheimer’s Association and the Department of Health to train and educate our care providers.
