Fully Integrated Home Health Care

Adult Help & Companion Care, Inc., is a fully integrated home health care agency that has been providing senior assistance in Minneapolis, St. Paul and the surrounding suburbs since 1997.
We provide personal care assistance from 4 to 24 hours a day from 1 to 7 days a week in the comfort of our clients’ own Minnesota homes. Our home health aides assist, supervise and socialize with your senior family member.

Before assigning a personal care assistant, a custom care plan will be developed to address each senior’s specific needs. After developing the care plan, your family will have an opportunity to interview our personal care assistant candidates and choose the home health aide they feel most comfortable with.

Our home health aides provide assistance with everyday tasks such as:

• Monitoring medications
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Preparing meals
• Laundry
• Light housekeeping
• Scheduling and transportation to appointments and errands

Other Services

Medical Assistance: For those requiring assistance with medical needs, AHCC supplies Registered Nurses to help with case management and skilled assessments that result in specific care for every client. AHCC nurses will meet with you on an ongoing basis to set-up medications, oversee caregivers and take clients to medical appointments.

Companionship is Key: In addition to providing home health assistance, our home health aides provide companionship to seniors. This allows your family member to continue taking part in activities they love. They often take individuals to parks, museums, restaurants, church or synagogue. AHCC companionship allows clients to continue traveling, if so desired.
