A Peace of Home
When an aging loved one can no longer care for themselves and you don't know where to turn, we will hold your hand and guide you through the confusing and intimidating healthcare system.
Family members worry everyday as they struggle to care or find care for loved ones who live alone or are no longer able to care for themselves.
Feelings of anguish, fear, guilt, concern, and indecision can be overwhelming.
• Who do I call?
• What do I do?
• Where do I go?
• Who do I ask?
Who can help me answer these questions that often appear to have no answers?
A Peace of Home can answer all these questions, because we are an experienced, respected and valuable resource available to help you sort all your questions and concerns and help you find solutions that will bring you and your loved ones a Peace of Mind!
1. You will meet with a Family Resource Coordinator, a qualified health care professional with years of experience evaluating the quality of care provided in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Nursing Homes across North Carolina.
2. Your Family Resource Coordinator will complete a detailed investigation of appropriate facilities in your geographic location, to include on-site visits, history of facility inspections and regulatory compliance, and a review of services provided and staffing levels. A review of payment options and a comparison of costs and services from each facility will also be conducted.
3. You and your Family Resource Coordinator will discuss the inspections as you are provided information on the Top 3 facilities most suited for you and your loved ones needs.
4. It is our recommendation that you tour all 3 facilities with your Family Resource Coordinator. We will coordinate the visits and you can ask all of the questions that come to mind as you personally inspect each facility. If you prefer to tour without your Family Resource Coordinator, we will schedule visits for you and answer any questions after your tour. ...
